We only collect information from you whilst you are using the Escape with a Good Book website.

How long we keep information

We keep your name, email address and address until you close your account with us.

Payment details are not retained by us directly but by our payment partners.

Service Providers & Partners

To help you offer, claim and ship books and pay for services, we share your data with trusted service providers. These partners enable us to: process payments, provide collection & delivery, search functionality and cloud storage.

Sharing information outside of the UK

We may share personal data with partners who are located outside the UK, or who may access personal data from outside the UK (for example, where they operate global cloud infrastructure). When personal data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as adequacy regulations or the UK IDTA / UK Addendum, as required by UK data protection law.
